After H&R BLOCK reviewed PETERSEN DEAN documents and determined it was a tax credit scam, both HERO PROGRAM / RENOVATE AMERICA financing and PETERSEN DEAN agreed, in emails, to remove the solar panels.
Everyone agreed that since I would not actually be receiving ANY of tax credits that I was promised, the problem of potentially losing my house to HERO because the house payment would suddenly become un-affordable could only be resolved by removing the panels.
PETERSEN DEAN agreed to this but the week they claimed they were working on removal of the panels, BUILDING & SAFETY revealed that PETERSEN DEAN not only did not apply for a SOLAR PERMIT REFUND, they also did not get the necessary PERMIT to alter the water heater inside the garage. I was warned that PETERSEN DEAN was not behaving like they were keeping the agreement to remove the panels.
The warning proved accurate. That week PETERSEN DEAN filed two MECHANICS LIENS on my home instead of doing the work they promised to do to resolve the problem of the fraudulent tax credit claims.
At a time when so many of our nation's citizens are losing their homes to natural disasters, why are PETERSEN DEAN, HERO / RENOVATE AMERICA working so hard to cheat senior citizens out of their homes? Even if PETERSEN DEAN has a financial crisis, how does he convince himself that his financial problems justify his plowing through the lives of the elderly and disabled for quick cash?
ELON MUSK provides solar without destroying the lives of senior citizens and disabled individuals. Why is PETERSEN DEAN destroying lives like a heartless monster hurricane? If not blind greed, what is his motive? Why is PETERSEN DEAN doing this to people? Why is RENOVATE AMERICA giving PETERSEN DEAN and other dishonest contractors the platform to destroy people in their golden years, the last years of their lives?
