PETERSEN DEAN CONCEALED HERO FINANCING FROM THE COURTS

PETERSEN DEAN, INC put a great deal of effort in concealing from the courts that there was an open CONTRACTORS STATE LICENSE BOARD case against them. PETERSEN DEAN, INC also tried to intimidate the homeowner to conceal that HERO / RENOVATE AMERICA FINANCING existed in this case.

Hiding the financing for a project is a tall order. PETERSEN DEAN, INC has been operating above the law for so long that they became reckless. 

An example of the over the top recklessness, PETERSEN DEAN'S sales tactic is to embellish the tax credit scam lie to customers that they know will never qualify for the "free" roof in their combination "Free Roof and If You Go Solar" deal as a grand distraction. PETERSEN DEAN'S salesman repeatedly shocks you by telling you that you can cheat the IRS by not telling them you got a combination deal and by reporting the roof cost, (that you won't actually be paying when you get $10,000 + in tax credits), to report that roof material costs as part of the solar panel materials costs. PETERSEN DEAN goes overboard REPEATEDLY embellishing the large or LARGER amount of tax credit the customer can get if they are willing to lie to the IRS in order to steer the customer away form discussing that you have to be in a certain tax bracket to qualify for ANY tax credit.

If you are a senior citizen on SSI, you won't be in the tax bracket to receive the so called "free roof". If you are foolish enough to lie to the IRS as PETERSEN DEAN suggests so can get you an even bigger tax credit, you may end up in Federal Prison.

Both HERO and PETERSEN DEAN target senior citizens. PETERSEN DEAN targets with SENIOR DISCOUNTS and HERO even had a phony SENIOR PROTECTION PROGRAM (they got angry at you if you kept asking to be referred to the nonexistent department for help) to give potential customers a false sense of security to trust the lies their contractor PETERSEN DEAN would tell them after their HERO APPLICATION to access the equity in their home was approved. The financing is set up so that the customer won't find out they have been lied to until a year after PETERSEN DEAN and HERO are long gone and off the hook.
