I contacted a HERO / RENOVATE AMERICA Senior Vice President on twitter and his only response was to remove HERO and RENOVATE AMERICA and his position as Senior Vice President from his bio.
Renovate America / HERO promises to be there for you but they pull vanishing acts when anything goes wrong.
