BAIT AND SWITCH, THE RENOVATE AMERICA TRAP


The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is investigating this relatively new type of financing of home improvement.

The California State Contractors Licensing Board is so inundated with complaints about work done via this form of financing that they had to create a new department to handle the sheer volume of complaints.

What you need to know about the claims and promises of protection and safety that the HERO PROGRAM and parent company RENOVATE AMERICA make is that all the promises can vanish in an instant. HERO and RENOVATE AMERICA can pull the rug out from under you and revoke your project's financing without warning if you catch one of their contractor's cheating, lying, damaging your property, failing to complete work properly or failing to get the required permits to do work.

HERO and RENOVATE AMERICA will revoke your financing and their contractor's attorney, Mr. George Milionis will tell you and the court that HERO / RENOVATE AMERICA has NOTHING to do with the BREACH OF CONTRACT case they file against you with MECHANICS LIENS to seize and sell your home. Mr. Milionis will do his best to make sure the judge never finds out that there was ever a HERO PROGRAM contract. Mr. Milionis is well aware that customers who need to use HERO PROGRAM financing need to because they don't have good credit and don't have $32,000 cash to pay for a roof and solar package (which Elon Musk sells for $10,000).

HERO and RENOVATE AMERICA will draw you in, tempt you with having air-conditioning for the first time in your life with "affordable solar" but if you find out that it is a tax credit scam, that you will not be able to afford your house payment when the balloon that was supposed to be a discount hits, if you don't sign off to let HERO and RENOVATE AMERICA seize and sell your home, they will vanish, like magic and Mr. George Milionis will terrorize you and your family, demanding $32,000 cash or he will sell your house and make you and your family homeless.

You need to know this. RENOVATE AMERICA and HERO PROGRAM will vanish like ghosts. Mr. George Milionis is proud of his ruthlessness towards homeowners. When you are being coaxed to get home improvements by RENOVATE AMERICA / HERO, they make it seem like you will be safe, protected from crooked contractors. From my personal research, most of their contractors overcharge and many do sloppy work, taking short cuts and skipping getting necessary permits for their financial benefit. If you try to use HERO'S "Senior Protection Program" you will find it is only regular customer service and they will get angry at you, not their contractor. If you seriously expect your contractor to correct problems before you sign off, HERO / RENOVATE AMERICA will revoke financing and Attorney George Milionis will make you fight for your life, your family, your home, and everything you worked so hard for all your life.

Do not believe the RENOVATE AMERICA ads such as the one above. They will protect the contractor and help Attorney George Milionis take away your home. RENOVATE AMERICA / HERO will not protect you. If they cannot seize your house, they will do everything they can to help George Milionis seize your house. They will tell the court that they have nothing to do with your project, that it was always just you and Mr. Milionis.

ATTORNEY GEORGE MILIONIS TRAPS HOMEOWNERS IN TERRIFYING SITUATION

It signs the document with the pen or Mr. Milionis will step in. Attorney George Milionis makes "Buffalo Bill" of SILENCE OF THE LAMBS look like a amateur. Milionis know how to drag out torture and make pain last. He especially likes hurting elderly ladies and autistic people who lack the resources to escape him. Part of his satisfaction comes from watching the family struggle to find an attorney that takes such cases on contingency. Watching the count down of months, weeks, days, hours and minutes of a family agonizing over becoming homeless at his hands gives Milionis pride, satisfaction and is what makes other men at PETERSEN DEAN warn customers about what Milionis will do to them. They tell you to fear him. They tell you Milionis will hurt you badly and that he will enjoy the process. The hell will be unimaginable.






PETERSEN DEAN operates like a mobster. He commits financial fraud and has his attorney intimidate anyone who tries to do anything about it. He does some of the work without getting permits whenever possible. He tries to FORCE customers to sign documents that they know will destroy them. He reports incorrect information to CapSpeciality, the insurance for his bond. He tries to shut down investigations or influence the outcome. He conceals information from the courts. He has fake inspections and fake inspectors. He destroys documents. He destroys lives.

I was warned by men at PETERSEN DEAN that if I refused to sign a document that I knew would destroy our lives, it would get worse because George Milionis would step in. Such a build up was made about how terrible, unimaginably terrible life would become once Milionis stepped in that I was frightened and went to the police to tell them the things these men were telling me. This was the first red flag that I might be dealing with criminals, mobsters. Normal businesses do not make terrifying threats and normal businessmen do not try to isolate you and get you to meet them alone in your home.

Just like in "SILENCE OF THE LAMBS" movie, at first HERO / RENOVATE AMERICA charms you into trusting them. They couldn't hurt a fly. They claim to have a "Senior Citizen Protection Department" but they don't. They made that up just to win your trust. They claim they are here to help you improve your home and protect you from all those "bad" contractors out there. They have your back.....just like in "SILENCE OF THE LAMBS", unfortunately.



Once you find out it is a scam, they make it impossible to escape. HERO disappears and leaves you alone with "Buffalo Bill", Attorney George Milionis, attorney for their contractor. George Milionis likes to isolate you and control how much you can communicate. He doesn't want the world to hear your cries for help. He is going to skin you, that's what Petersen Dean's goons warn you he will do, in so many words when they try to get you alone in your house and force you to sign documents you don't want to sign because they will bankrupt you. Sign or Mr. Milionis will make you wish you were dead.



In November 2016 Petersen Dean and HERO / RENOVATE AMERICA made it very clear that they knew my autistic son was suffering lung infections after they "forgot" to close a door they didn't bother to get a permit from BUILDING & SAFETY to justify even opening. PETERSEN DEAN hurt my son James and began a process of trying to get me to sign away our rights that was so painful and prolonged, it feels like "false imprisonment".



Kyle Smith was one of many PETERSEN DEAN men who "worked on us". He told me he was the nice one and he knew James was suffering and he would hate to have to turn me over to Attorney George Milionis because even though we had suffered a great deal already, we could not imaging the suffering that we would face if Kyle Smith reported that he had be unable to get us to sign a document and he had to turn us over to Milionis.


I couldn't sign a document that wasn't true and also took away our rights. George Milionis conspired with HERO to do something to us that I can only describe as "false imprisonment". PETERSEN DEAN and HERO withdrew the only type of financing I could afford. HERO had approved the financing but PETERSEN DEAN needed them to withdraw it to trap us. Then Milionis began the process of trying to silence anyone who might reveal that we had been scammed. Milionis destroyed all the evidence that he could. HERO destroyed documents and fired people. Things that happened, suddenly "didn't happen". 

We felt like the senator's daughter in the pit in SILENCE OF THE LAMBS. PETERSEN DEAN tried to make sure no one would hear us scream for help by blocking us on social media. That only meant PETERSEN DEAN / HERO and RENOVATE AMERICA removed themselves from the conversation. It did not silence us. PETERSEN DEAN and RENOVATE AMERICA were confident that if they made a preemptive strike and sued us for breach of contract, we would not be able to afford a retainer to hire an attorney to reveal that their MECHANICS LIENS were invalid. They knew our financials because HERO put us through an application process before they approved us for property tax financing. This made them very confident that they had us cornered and they waited like wolves for our ASSURANT INSURANCE mold remediation CRS Emergency Housing to run out. They knew our house was uninhabitable because they filled the air vents with stucco powder and told their insurance CAP SPECIALTY that it wasn't such a big deal that my autistic son James got a serious lung infection after their reckless stucco incident because James was "already sick". They knew I fainted and found I also had a severe lung infection and then stopped breathing when the infection returned with a vengeance just like my son had stopped breathing on the freeway when his lung problem returned. We struggled to recover and spent most of our CRS emergency housing bedridden in the MARRIOTT, which staff can verify.

James is in this picture, under his favorite quilt that we took to the MARRIOTT CRS emergency housing to make him feel more secure. For over a year James slept with his toys in his bed, frightened of losing them. Often James was too sick to eat after the massive dose of stucco powder that filled his room on November 2, 2017. HERO told us to forget George Milionis's horrible letter threating to take our house if we did not sign a false document (saying work was done that was not done) or hand over $23,000 immediately. HERO told us to just enjoy or Thanksgiving Holiday and not to call them at the number they had given us because it was the holiday season and they would be enjoying the week with family. MARRIOTT staff can testify that James was so sick he could not handle a turkey dinner. He could not keep down the chicken broth the hotel made special for him.

HERO told us to shut up while they enjoyed the holiday. Then they withdrew financing and let George Milionis do all the horrible things they told us before the holidays that he would never really do.





George Milionis, attorney for PETERSEN DEAN who have a very close relationship with HERO/RENOVATE, so close that I asked if PETERSEN DEAN owned RENOVATE AMERICA, began the process of silencing the scam, undoing, unknowing. Suddenly, after threatening to make my son sicker, PETERSEN DEAN claimed they never knew his was sick and had no idea we were living in a hotel. The biggest disappearance was that of RENOVATE AMERICA, parent company of HERO. That was George Milionis's biggest magic trick. After withdrawing the only financing I could and did qualify for, HERO FINANCING, Milionis began saying, "We have nothing to do with HERO. HERO has nothing to do with the MECHANICS LIENS".  Milionis began creating his monster, a lean, mean and completely butchered version of the events, so narrowed and so streamlined that not an ounce of "fat" truth remain. He gloated that this slim, trim creation of his would slip through the courts so fast that none of the government investigations into the matter would be able to put the truth back together again. He would make us homeless before anyone knew what happened to us. 

Milionis fully expects to roll into court on September 20, 2017 with the arms and legs chopped off the truth. Maybe that is why JUSTICE is blind. Maybe she can hear our screams.

This blog is a cry for the FBI to investigate PETERSEN DEAN, HERO/RENOVATE AMERICA for fraud and perhaps in false financial imprisonment. If there is not a category of FALSE FINANCIAL IMPRISONMENT already, there should be. PETERSEN DEAN probably did not invent this mobster type crime, but George Milionis and the men of PETERSEN DEAN seem very proud of it and brag about how good they are at it.

The crime amounts to taking the hook of "property tax financing" from HERO when you can't get other types of financing. Then if you "interrupt the scam" by finding out you will not actually get the $10,000 discount because you are not in that tax bracket....no one who NEEDS HERO financing is in that bracket, if you discover the truth BEFORE signing the final document that takes away any future rights, then HERO withdraws the financing so their partner in crime can severely narrow the scope of a preemptive strike with liens that any good attorney could prove instantly were invalid. Most senior citizens and disabled people cannot afford a retainer cannot handle being in pro per without an attorney. 
 George Milionis loves the smell of invalid MECHANICS LIENS in the morning.

George Milionis is very proud of his surgical strikes. He would have the world believe he is like Robert Duvall in APOCALYPSE, loving the smell of MECHANICS LIENS in the morning, denying he ever saw Napalm Girl screaming in agony, he never heard my autistic son screaming in agony, headbanging in the emergency room because there is no more emergency housing funds left and our home is ugly and dangerous. My autistic son is lost, homeless, in agony and PETERSEN DEAN employees bloody well did hear his agonized screams many, many times as they worked on us to try to force us to sign a form that also would have made us homeless.

PETERSEN DEAN heard my son's screams MANY times. Now they are changing the story, streamlining it for a sleek, fast surgical strike in court on September 20, 2017. They are pretending they never heard James scream. They never knew all the things in documents their insurance CAP SPECIALTY has on file about how many times James went to the Emergency Room physically ill and emotionally shattered by the silent scam of being wrongfully imprisoned in a financial trap for a year, unable to re-establish his routine, unable to get his life back, because PETERSEN DEAN doesn't back down. They execute the scam come hell or high water. The men of PETERSEN DEAN often heard my son screaming. They didn't care.

George Milionis will tell the court he doesn't know anything about any screaming children. What children? What HERO financing? What agreement to remove the solar panels. Milionis loves a lean mean surgical strike.



Sometimes James is too sick to scream. Too sick to even cry. He told an employee at HOME DEPOT, "My house is destroyed." in a soft, defeated voice.




It was false financial imprisonment. Milionis and HERO removed the financing so that we had no options except HOW to lose our home.

Also I hope the FBI looks into the fact that HERO/RENOVATE AMERICA and PETERSEN DEAN are stealing houses that have KEEP YOUR HOME CALIFORNIA funds invested in them. This seems like it as one of many crimes happening.

The CFPB is beginning to investigate this new type of financing that is very unregulated. HERO and PETERSEN DEAN AND RENOVATE AMERICA tell customers that if they have equity they are qualified.  Having equity DOES NOT mean you can afford to take it out of your house. HERO and PETERSEN DEAN tell you that you will get $10,000 off your property tax. They told me I would save $300 a month on a $60 a month electric bill. They do crazy math.  You may not be able to afford your house when none of their promises materialize. You may find yourself in jail if you cheat the IRS like they encourage you to. PETERSEN DEAN told me repeatedly to try to pull a fast one on the IRS. I was shocked at how they assume everyone cheats just because it has become a way of life for them.

Silently, alone, frightened, so many victims have lost their homes. PETERSEN DEAN and RENOVATE AMERICA feign innocence, as if they had no idea people they "helped" improve their homes were losing their homes as a result. PETERSEN DEAN disconnected from the results of their scam. They show no mercy. After all, these people were targeted BECAUSE they were on limited income, disabled, elderly, ill. The ill were tempted with having air-conditioning in their own home instead of having to go to cooling stations like me and my son often had to.

A CASE STUDY IN PERJURY: THE LONG LAWLESS ARMS OF GEORGE MILIONIS



The Proof of Service document PETERSEN DEAN filed in the courts in a case study in PERJURY and as outrageous in dishonesty as a Paul Bunyan folklore tale. George Milionis might as well have said his process server rode in on Babe the Blue Ox to serve papers.





I spoke with George K. Milionis today. The number of lies he told was shocking.  Even more shocking is that each and every lie is extremely easy to expose because in spite of all the shredding that went on at PETERSEN DEAN and at the HERO PROGRAM / RENOVATE AMERICA, I kept my copies and forwarded those emails to the appropriate government agencies.

Mr. Milionis had the gall to tell me he did not know we were staying in a hotel. His insurance company CAPSPECIALITY was presented with copies of the CRS Emergency Housing statements that Petersen Dean caused us to waste trying to save our home from PETERSEN DEAN'S illegal attempt to take our home away from us, derailing the mold remediation that was going on.

PETERSEN DEAN employees stood in this room on several occasions and could clearly see it every time they came to the property because there were no curtains on the sliding glass door on the patio where they stored there materials, the patio they damaged and never repaired.




Even employees of PETERSEN DEAN will swear in court they witnessed the mold remediation in progress. We discussed the mold remediation to make sure they were not scheduled on the same days to avoid running into each other, avoid getting in each others way and avoid accidents. Many emails document that everyone at HERO and PETERSEN DEAN that worked with us knew about both the hotel time paid for by my home insurance for mold remediation and about the mold remediation itself. 

George Milionis denies all this, as if he can control all these people and make them all lie and stick to the story he has decided to present in court, as if his own insurance company, CAPSPECIALITY will lie for him when they have documents that prove he is not telling the truth. I do not think CAPSPECIALTY will lie for PETERSEN DEAN and shred my application to put a lien on PETERSEN DEAN'S BOND which contains information Mr. Milionis has decided to say he did not know about and to try to make disappear like he also tried to remove HERO FINANCING from his courtroom record. Today he told me PETERSEN DEAN HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH HERO, the HERO HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS DISPUTE, when many emails and copies of the original documents prove otherwise. Mr. Milionis wants HERO to disappear so his invalid MECHANICS LIENS will seem valid. HERO tried to accommodate Mr. Milionis's wishes and TRIED to withdraw and "disappear" in spite of a massive paper trail that they were unable to shred every copy of.  I sent my copies to the Department of Justice for safe keeping.
















Petersen Dean emails from 2016 mention the mold remediation that George Milionis told me today, September 11, 2017, that PETERSEN DEAN did not know about. Many emails verify that PETERSEN DEAN knew we were staying in a hotel from day one in 2016 and that George Milionis lied today when he said that PETERSEN DEAN did not know we were staying in a hotel.

Each day that PETERSEN DEAN worked on my property, we drove from the hotel to unlock the side yard gate so they could access the back of the property where they kept their materials. PETERSEN DEAN often called me and I often called them while driving from the hotel to discuss traffic delays and arrival times. Today George Milionis tried to erase all that.

He also had his process service commit perjury on a court document by swearing we lived in the home during the time we have documentation we were living in emergency housing at the MARRIOTT. The process server seemed to think repeating the lie frequently made it more believable but in fact the opposite happened. If he had lied ONCE, one could think he accidentally said, "KNOCKED ON THE DOOR" when he meant "RANG THE GATE BELL", but repeating the lie so many times meant he clearly believed people would believe he "KNOCKED ON A DOOR". a door that anyone who had been to the property even once would discover CANNOT be reached to knock upon unless your arms span the length of two long cars.





















George K Milionis is the worst liar on earth.  His lies are sloppy, as if he believes he will never be challenged. We have emails, witnesses and photos that prove he is an awful, chronic liar.

PETERSEN DEAN IS FLIPPING HOUSES





The public needs to be warned about PETERSEN DEAN INC, and RENOVATE AMERICA / HERO, especially senior citizens and disabled individuals on fixed income. Do not sign a contract with these companies that promise they can make home repairs affordable unless you show the contract to your tax preparer to examine all the financial documents FIRST.

PETERSEN DEAN AND RENOVATE AMERICA are flipping houses. They are NOT in the home repair business. They are in the house flipping business.

PETERSEN DEAN and RENOVATE AMERICA are not repairing your home. They are making improvements that will get them a higher price when they sell your house. The only choice you will be given is WHO sells your house....PETERSEN DEAN or RENOVATE AMERICA.

This warning is critical because this scam / con job is so widespread that the government offices that you might turn to to save your home are overwhelmed with these cases. You probably will not get help in time to save your home. If you cannot afford to retain a super lawyer with your income, you will find the pro bono attorneys in your city are also overloaded with these types of cases. The only safe thing to do is to NOT sign with PETERSEN DEAN and RENOVATE AMERICA aka HERO PROGRAM property tax financing.

The reason an urgent warning is needed is that IF you sign to have repairs you thought you could not afford but a PETERSEN DEAN / RENOVATE AMERICA / HERO employee verbally explained to you the savings you will receive that amount to getting a free $10,000.00 roof do not show on the contract but WILL materialize a year later when the bill comes due and your property tax covers it, you will lose your legal rights by the time you find out the hard way that this is not true you have been conned.

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE VERBAL EXPLANATIONS that PETERSEN DEAN makes when they come to your house to EXPLAIN. Every time you question the contract, PETERSEN DEAN will try to send two strange men to your house to explain it to you again. They will not email or snail mail the explanation to you. They know they are going to deny it, so they will not put it in writing. They will come to your house and talk your ears off. They will wear you out. They will keep telling you about the great deal you are getting, but you will not be able to walk across the street and explain it to your neighbor. You will not be able to remember or repeat all the nonsensical crap these con men brow beat you with. Your neighbor may ask you, "How much did your roof cost?" and if you tell PETERSEN DEAN and RENOVATE AMERICA you could not explain your deal to your neighbor, they will answer, "Let us talk to them. Each customer gets a tailor made deal. No two deals are alike." When I asked if I was really getting the deal I was told verbally that I was given, which DID NOT match what was on the written contract, I was told by PETERSEN DEAN that I was getting the same deal millionaires get. When I refused to sign the final contract until I had something in writing to explain my wonderful deal, I was finally given a document from PETERSEN DEAN which I showed to H&R Block tax company and they confirmed that only a millionaire would get the $10,000 discount, that I would lose my home if I signed the final document.

If you could not afford home repairs, you cannot afford the no win legal trap PETERSEN DEAN and RENOVATE AMERICA have prepared for you. If you do not discover the tax credit scam before you sign off with RENOVATE AMERICA / HERO financing, RENOVATE AMERICA / HERO will be the party taking your home away from you a year after the work was completed when you can't afford your house payment any more.

PETERSEN DEAN has a great deal of experience gaming the system and taking away people's homes. RENOVATE AMERICA ads tell you that you don't have to sign off until the job is done right and all  issues are addressed. What they don't tell you is that if a problem happens, if PETERSEN DEAN damages your property and doesn't feel like paying LICENSED contractors to fix it or if you discover that the cost is not going to be what you were VERBALLY promised, RENOVATE AMERICA will back out of the deal and PETERSEN DEAN will become the one who takes your property.

It is a no win trap. You will not be offered any opportunity to keep your home. You will be told to pay for the whole repair IMMEDIATELY, which both PETERSEN DEAN and RENOVATE AMERICA already know you do not have that kind of cash, or you will be told to sign off with RENOVATE AMERICA that they may take your property in a year and if you refuse to sign that deadly document, PETERSEN DEAN will begin the 90 day process of taking your home away from you via MECHANICS LIENS.

PETERSEN DEAN is very skilled and moving fast and lying to the courts. By the time you scramble to get an attorney who will take your case on contingency or pro bono, PETERSEN DEAN will have sold your home. You will lose your house and everything you have worked for all your life.

PETERSEN DEAN will not show mercy because you are elderly, disabled or poor. You were selected BECAUSE you are elderly, disabled or poor. This scam does not target people who can afford an attorney.

The only way you can be protected from this sort of scam is never to do home improvement through "PROPERTY TAX FINANCING". Hang up when PETERSEN DEAN calls you on your home phone. Do not listen to the RENOVATE AMERICAN and PETERSEN DEAN ads on television, radio spots, twitter and Facebook advertising. Those ads show happy people and make it look like you can afford air-conditioning that you thought you could not afford.



Those ads show happy people enjoying air-conditioning they thought they could not afford for the first time in their life because their property taxes paid for it. Those ads do not show the many horrified customers watching PETERSEN DEAN and RENOVATE AMERICA steam roll them and take away everything they own. Until an investigative reporter interviews the victims of PETERSEN DEAN and RENOVATE AMERICA, you will not know about that horror until it is too late for your to escape it and you cannot save your family. The $500 Senior Citizen discount will mean nothing to you when you find yourself in a homeless shelter trying to understand how you lost your home so fast.



The air-conditioning that you actually end up with is going to be in a homeless shelter. You will not be able to afford your house payment a year after going solar and getting air-conditioning via RENOVATE AMERICA and PETERSEN DEAN. PETERSEN DEAN and RENOVATE AMERICA are flipping your house, they are not helping you make home improvements for your to enjoy.

RENOVATE AMERICA will take your home away from you a year after you discover they conned you. They KNOW you are not in the tax bracket that qualifies for the $10,000 tax credit.

RENOVATE AMERICA and PETERSEN DEAN are making more money taking homes away from low income people than they are making from the actual home improvements.

A CALL FOR CAP SPECIALTY TO STOP INSURING PETERSEN DEAN'S REIGN OF TERROR


Cap Speciality is the insurance company behind Petersen Dean's reign of terror. This is a call for Cap Speciality to do the right thing and stop associating with this horrible predator who is clogging up CSLB, PUBLIC COUNSEL, LA CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, LA COUNTY DCBC with victims pleading for help to save their homes from this type of deceptive financing that pretends to be helping vulnerable populations make much needed home repairs but is really only interested in seizing those properties.








Petersen Dean in partnership with Renovate America has perfected a scam that corners the homeowner and only gives them the choice of WHEN they will lose their home. They block any option to keep your home. It is a brutal, heartless scam. It is an extremely deceptive form of financing that does not appear to be regulated like other forms of financing.

You can lose your home a year from the date of the signature of the HERO/RENOVATE AMERICA final document stating that the job was done well and fairly even if it was not....all you get from that contract is ONE YEAR to find an attorney who will take a case that you ruined by signing the contract you were bullied into signing. Ask the FBI to go with you and wear a wire if you are going to accept this deal. I wish I was wearing a wire in the fall of 2016.

Petersen Dean tried to "sweeten the deal" by offering me $2000 to sign the deadly document. $2000 would not cover beginning the repairs to make our home safe to live in, much less the completion of the work, but that was the amount PETERSEN DEAN figured we should sell our house to them for. That was it. $2000 to walk away from the home you paid for. $2000 to walk away from your life with no where to go, no safe place to live. $2000 is not enough to start a new life with after PETERSEN DEAN has taken your home and everything you worked for all your life. They know it is not enough. They tell you "It is better than nothing, isn't it?"

OR

You can REFUSE to sign the untrue document that you know is an unfair scam and PETERSEN DEAN will make good on their threat to speed up the seizing of your home. I asked them to act like other businesses do, to pay the contractor DIRECTLY instead of trying to give me the money to pay the stucco remediation contractor. PETERSEN DEAN needs to give you the cash instead of paying the contractor directly because they think they can use cash as leverage that way. If they pay BUILDING CLEANING SERVICES or MIDA SERVICES or any cleaning service directly, they can't do the whole "meet us alone in your house so we can exchange the cash for the signature" routine. Imaging trying to do that in front of witnesses such as a stucco remediation contractor? PETERSEN DEAN does not want witnesses. PETERSEN DEAN wants to corner an old woman like me and a very ill autistic man like my son who is fighting for his life, alone in their home. PETERSEN DEAN talked trash to us for months to scare us.

The bullies at PETERSEN DEAN would not talk like this to healthy, well to do men. This is disgusting and the world needs to know PETERSEN DEAN is getting rich doing this to a segment of society that doesn't have the resources to survive this sort of attack.

CapSpeciality needs to know they are insuring monsters who prey upon the weak and feed off the hardship of the elderly, ill and disabled. If CapSpecialty continues to insure the BOND of PETERSEN DEAN, they are condoning what PETERSEN DEAN is doing and has done to many ill, elderly and disabled Americans.

CapSpeciality needs to decide if they approve of PETERSEN DEAN'S tax credit scam targeting the poor, disabled, ill and elderly or if they do not approve. Not to decide is to give PETERSEN DEAN the green light to continue mowing down vulnerable people via horrific, cruel scams.
